Everything listed in the package is included in the one-time price. You own the website, chatbot setup, and all deliverables. There are no recurring fees for the core package unless you opt for ongoing support add-ons.

Most projects are completed within 1-3 weeks depending on the package. The Startup Launch typically takes about 1 week, the Business Builder around 2 weeks, and the Growth Package 2-3 weeks due to the custom integrations involved.

Absolutely not. We handle all the technical setup, design, and implementation. You just need to share your vision and brand assets, and we build everything for you. We also provide training on how to manage your new tools.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. If you start with the Startup Launch and want to add features from the Business Builder or Growth Package later, we'll credit what you've already paid toward the upgrade.

You'll receive full ownership of all deliverables along with documentation and training. If you want ongoing maintenance, updates, and support, you can add our monthly support plan. Otherwise, everything runs independently.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the initial design concept, we'll revise it until you are. Each package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions can be arranged at a reasonable rate.
